HACU Annual Conference to present ground-breaking initiatives in the education of Hispanics

The Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities (HACU) has announced the workshops of its Annual Conference, "25 Years of Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success." The conference will take place on Oct. 29-31, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas, where the association was founded in 1986.

More than 50 topics will be presented in the following tracks: grants and funding opportunities; partnerships that work; advocacy and legislation; international partnerships; and executive leadership for successful institutional strengthening. Click here for a PDF list of workshops.

An estimated 1,500 conference participants from colleges, universities nationwide and internationally, as well as representatives of school districts, corporations and federal agencies, are expected to attend HACU’s 25th Annual Conference.
