HACU and U.S. Army host University Tours at UTSA

More than 500 high school students attend college awareness event

For the third consecutive year, the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities and the U.S. Army partnered to host the HACU & U.S. Army Tours program and provide college awareness opportunities to more than 500 high school students from the San Antonio area.

High schools had the chance to speak with cadets of the Roadrunner Battalion, the U.S. Army ROTC program on the UTSA campus, during the HACU and U.S. Army Tours program.
During HACU & U.S. Army University Tours program, held Nov. 7-10 on the campus of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), the students attended workshops focused on the college admissions process, financial aid and scholarships, and the military opportunities available through the U.S. Army ROTC program.  Students also took a tour of the UTSA campus.
