Hispanic College Quiz seeks participants for the 2012 show
Applications are currently being accepted from U.S. HACU-member institutions interested in participating in the 2012 television broadcast of the "Hispanic College Quiz.”
The “Hispanic College Quiz” will feature Hispanic undergraduate college students answering a series of multiple-choice questions on Latino history. This year's series will consist of four half-hour quiz shows that will air across the country during Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15-October 14, 2012.
The format of the Hispanic College Quiz has changed from previous years. This year only one student will represent their institution in the game show. University representatives who are interested in serving as the coach/advisor to the student in preparation for the show are encouraged to submit an online application.
Deadline to submit an online entry has been extended until May 31st. Institutions selected to participate will be announced on June 1 at http://www.hacu.net/.
