HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores was recently in California to speak at two events.
On May 11th, Flores presented on the topic of “Confronting Inequality: The Work Agenda for HACU Institutions – and the Rest of American Higher Education,” during a symposium hosted by HACU-member institution, California State University-Fullerton. The daylong symposium featured a variety of speaker presentations under the theme, "Confronting Inequality: Political, Educational and Social Consequences & Remedies."
On May 12th, Flores was a speaker on a panel discussing the topic of “The Role of the Mexican University in the United States.” The panel was part of a 2nd Annual Book Fair hosted by the Universidad de Guadalajara Foundation.
