Deadlines for exhibitors, sponsors, students and attendees of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities’ 26th Annual Conference are rapidly approaching. Early registration ensures discounted rates and participation in the nation’s most important gathering of leaders, practitioners, and administrators in Hispanic higher education.

  • Conference and gala program(s) advertising: Space reservation - Sept. 18; Camera ready ad – Sept. 20
  • Discount hotel rate: Wednesday, Oct. 1 
  • Exhibit Hall reservations: Friday, Oct. 5
  • Online registration closes: Friday, Oct. 5
  • Student Ambassador application: Resume - Oct. 5; Online form - Wednesday, Oct. 10
