HACU's Youth Leadership Development Forum held at Georgetown University

More than 350 middle and high school students attended the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) Youth Leadership Development Forum on Oct. 19, 2012 at Georgetown University. Students in attendance were from Hispanic-serving school district member - the Arlington County Public Schools and from the Fairfax Public School System.                       

The students received information about college life and heard from Jose Louis Guerrero, professor at the McDonough School of Business on higher education opportunities; Georgetown University students about their experiences with college life, and admissions staff on college enrollment; and an NCAA “Ice Breaker” about the importance of athletics in college life.
