HACU announces 2013 Annual Conference workshops

The workshops for HACU’s 27th Annual Conference "Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success: Securing the American Dream" have been announced. The conference will take place at the Hilton Chicago, October 26-28, 2013. 

Sixty-four sessions covering topics, issues and emerging trends and best practices in Hispanic higher education under six tracks will be among the workshops presented. Click here to view a PDF of the workshops.

Conference highlights include an Opening Plenary on the State of HACU followed by the Exhibit Hall Opening, the International Plenary “Successful International Education Partnerships in Latin America” and a Town Hall Meeting “Building Hispanic Participation in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)". Two luncheons and a networking dinner are also included in the conference schedule.

HACU’s premier conference on Hispanic higher education also offers: a student track; a preconference Latino Higher Education Leadership Institute, Oct. 26; and a post-conference Deans’ Forum on Hispanic Higher Education, Oct. 29.
