HACU's Junior in High School University Tour

The “Junior in High School University Tour” is a new HACU program developed with a GM Foundation grant to bring 120 students plus chaperones a day for three days (for a total 360 students) to a still-to-be-announced institution of higher education in Denver, Colo., during the spring of 2014.

During the tour the students will receive presentations from the offices of admissions, financial aid and scholarships to outline the steps the students must complete to successfully apply and be admitted to an institution of higher education. Students will also participate in an interactive discussion with current college students to learn about college life and the college experience, and will tour the campus and eat lunch before returning to their respective high school campuses.
