HSIs to convene in Washington, D.C. for HACU’s Capitol Forum

Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) will soon head to Capitol Hill, as part of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) 21st Annual National Capitol Forum on Hispanic Higher Education, March 14-15.

With three complimentary pre-forum sessions and six general sessions, the two-day HACU Capitol Forum will feature policy topics of importance to HSIs and emerging HSIs. A session is also planned for students attending the Capitol Hill visits with their institutions.

Participants will have an opportunity to gain insight into the most pressing legislative and appropriations priorities. Sessions are designed to prepare participants for the Capitol Hill visits, provide updates on HACU’s Legislative Agenda, higher education policy issues and their implications for HSIs.
