U.S. Department of Education Correction: Hispanic Serving Institutions Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (HSI STEM) and Articulation Program; Deadline extended

The U.S. Department of Education has published a correction in the Federal Register. The notice corrects “Section II. Award Information” and “Section IV. Application and Submission Information” inviting applications for new awards for fiscal year (FY) 2016 for the HSI STEM and Articulation Program, published on March 4, 2016. The notice also extends the deadline for application submission from May 3 to May 31, 2016.

Pre-Application Meetings for Prospective Applicants in Fiscal Year 2016

The U.S. Department of Education will hold two pre-application meetings for prospective applicants on April 1, 2016, in Washington, D.C., and on April 4, 2016, at the California State University, Long Beach, campus. There are no fees for the meetings. Interested parties are invited to participate in these meetings to discuss the purpose of grant funding, priorities, selection criteria, application content, submission requirements, and reporting requirements.
