2016 Hispanic College Quiz participants confirmations underway

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has received, from Central City Productions (CCP), the names of the participants who will appear in the Hispanic College Quiz show this fall. Nine students from HACU-member institutions will compete in the 2016 Hispanic College Quiz show.

The coaches will participate in a conference call to discuss the details of the show and related study material on June 24. The students and their coach (a staff/faculty member of the institution) will attend the taping in Nashville, Tennessee, from July 29-31.

• Savannah State University 
Savannah, Ga.

Austin, Texas 

• St. Philip's College 
San Antonio, Texas

• Texas A&M International University
Laredo, Texas 

The show will be broadcast nationally during Hispanic Heritage Month, airing Sept. 12-Oct. 18. The broadcast schedule will be posted on HACU’s website.
