HACU launches new online advocacy center

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has launched the HACU Advocacy Center, an online resource to assist education advocates in influencing public policy issues that affect Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and other HACU member colleges and universities. The advocacy tool, managed by HACU’s Government Relations office, includes resources that facilitate:

  • Email communication with your federal elected officials’ Washington, D.C. offices
  • Responding to Hispanic higher education policy issues call-to-action
  • Obtaining additional contact information for federal elected officials and their staff
  • Locating election information and candidates for your region
  • Receiving the latest news/updates on federal policies and legislative proposals affecting HSIs and Hispanic students.

For more information, visit the HACU Advocacy Center.
