Dream Act Call to Action | Free webinar

Urge Congress to Support the Dream Act

Help make the Dream Act a reality. The Senate and House of Representatives have introduced the Dream Act of 2017, and we need your help to contact your members of Congress to urge them to support and co-sponsor the Dream Act (S. 1615 & H.R. 3440). Click here to send your message today.

The Dream Act of 2017, was introduced in Congress in a bipartisan effort led by Senators Graham (R-SC) and Durbin (D-IL) and Representatives Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and Roybal-Allard (D-CA). Under the Dream Act, young people who came to the U.S. as children could continue their quest for the American Dream by pursuing higher education, serving in the military, or being lawfully employed for three years and eventually earning a path to citizenship. For additional information please visit the Dream Act issue page on HACU's Advocacy Center. Thank you in advance and we appreciate your engagement on this important issue.

CALL TO ACTION: Forward this call to action to colleagues, campus community and friends. Encourage them to sign-up  to join HACU’s online Advocacy Center to help support advocacy efforts for Hispanic-Serving Institutions and Latino students.
