HACU and Google partner on Hispanic Student Leadership Summit | Students can apply by April 23

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is partnering with Google to co-host a Hispanic Student Leadership Summit in the Mountain View, CA, area on May 11, 2018. Google is reserving spots for Hispanic students from HACU member institutions within an 80 mile radius. Applications must be submitted at the link: goo.gl/G7CQTD (case sensitive) no later than Monday April 23. (Selections will be confirmed by April 25.)

Hispanic student leaders from a student organization that focuses on engagement with the Latino community and attend one the following HACU-member institutions can apply:

Students selected will be invited to the Summit on Friday, May 11, 2018. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Event will conclude at 4 p.m., followed by a social event and celebration from 4 - 6 p.m. The Summit will take place at Google’s new Cloud Campus in Sunnyvale (Lyft credits will be provided for selected participants).

The agenda will include breakout discussions, networking with the Hispanic Google Network, student group presentations, and a unique celebration for Summit attendees.

The Summit was created as an effort to bring together Hispanic student leaders from Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and other universities to share innovative and creative best practices, as well as collaborate with Google’s Hispanic leadership to benefit their university and community.
