As the youngest and largest ethnic population, Hispanics make up one of every three new workers in the overall workforce, and by 2025 are projected to make up one of every two new workers. Yet, Hispanics remain the only under-represented ethnic group in the Federal Government.

At the event, presentation will be made of an independent analysis of past program participants, showing that HNIP not only increases professional career opportunities for participants, but is truly a “best practice” in the recruitment of Hispanics into the federal government.
