HACU needs your vote for Flores during Nov 1 - 12

HACU asks for your online vote for Antonio Flores, HACU President and CEO, to be named "Líder of the Year." If Flores receives the most votes, HACU will receive a $25,000 grant for a community leadership project with MillerCoors.

Flores has been a tireless advocate for education and has championed the advancement of higher education in the Latino community throughout his career.  He is featured in the 2008 Líderes advertising campaign that recognizes and honors the work of Hispanic leaders across the country. The individuals chosen were selected for their leadership and desire to make a difference in their communities and were nominated by MillerCoors’ Hispanic partner organizations.

One of these leaders will be selected as "Líder of the Year" through an online vote at www.CoorsLideres.com from November 1 – 12, 2008. The winner will be determined by a third party review of the votes.The public is invited to go to the Web site and vote.
