Antonio Flores listed as one of the top influential Latino leaders

Latino Leaders includes HACU President on Top 101

HACU President and CEO Antonio Flores is among the 101 Top Influential Leaders in Hispanic U.S., according to Latino Leaders magazine. Flores ranks #36 on the list that includes politicians, corporate leaders, educators and leaders in various other categories.

The magazine cites Flores’ commitment to the improvement of education for Latinos as his influential power.  In his entry, the magazine predicts Flores will increase HACU’s visibility working with the Obama administration in the effort to strengthen the nation’s education system.

Other education leaders recognized by the magazine include: Francisco G. Cigarroa, Chancellor of the University of Texas System; France A. Córdova, President of Purdue University; and Elsa A. Murano, former President of Texas A&M University.

Latino Leaders, “The National Magazine of the Successful American Latino,” is published eight times a year and features a list of the top influential leaders annually.
