The U.S. Department of Education (DOEd) will conduct a Project Directors Meeting for Title III, Title V, and CCRAA grantees on March 29-31, 2010. Please note you must be a current Title III, Title V or CCRAA grantee to participate.

The U.S. Department of Education has opened a Call for Proposals for individuals interested in making a presentation at the meeting during the concurrent sessions or presenting an exhibit to showcase their project. To submit a proposal visit: http://edmeetings.com/call.php. Note that you must be a paid registrant prior to responding to the call for participation. Deadlines for the process are as follows:

• January 29, 2010 - All proposed presentations and exhibits must be entered into online system at http://edmeetings.com/call.php
• February 1-12, 2010 - IDUES review of proposals
• February 17, 2010 - Applicants notified of selection and additional information may be requested
• February 26, 2010 - Deadline to submit final presentation or exhibit
