Flores discusses importance of Hispanics in higher education leadership, the DREAM Act, and more

During a recent interview with HigherEdJobs.com, HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores discussed the importance of increasing the number of Hispanic faculty, staff, and administrators in higher education. Flores also shared challenges faced by Hispanic professionals working in higher education and offered career tips for individuals preparing to start their faculty job search.
