HACU Alumni eligible for graduate school scholarship

The HACU Alumni Association has announced the “Shot at Graduate School” scholarship, available to any former participant of a HACU student program that is also a graduate school applicant.

The “Shot at Graduate School” scholarship will provide a one-time scholarship of $100-150 to help offset cost of graduate application fee for at least two HACU alums.

A scholarship application must be submitted by Dec. 10, 2010, along with a 300-word essay describing how participation in a HACU student program has been an inspiration to pursuing an advanced degree. A copy of one of the following documents must also be submitted: graduate admissions application fee receipt; letter of acceptance; or letter from school indicating that your application has been received.
