HACU accepting scholarship applications for 2011-12
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is now accepting online applications for its Scholarship Program until Friday, June 10, 2011. More than $100,000 will be awarded to eligible students. News Release.
Friday: Deadline for ¡Lánzate! Travel Award Program
HACU and Southwest Airlines offer the Dándole Alas a Tu Éxito/Giving Flight to Your Success™ ¡Lánzate! Travel Award Program for eligible students. The program provides students who travel away from home to pursue a higher education the opportunity to apply for a chance to receive a travel award. Apply by April 29.

$100,000 HSI Scholarship Competition - apply by May 14
Sam’s Club is offering sophomores and juniors enrolled full time at a Hispanic-serving institution (HSI) the chance to win a share of $100,000 to pay for their education. To enter, each team of up to three students will develop a marketing plan where the theme is “Increasing Sam’s Club’s Market Penetration of the Latino Population.” The program deadline is May 14, 2011. http://www.hsischolarships.com/register-now/.
