HNIP Alumnus is Chosen as New Executive Director for the Chicano Latino Affairs Council
The Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chicano Latino Affairs Council is proud to announce that Rogelio L. Federal Stafford and PLUS Loan Interest Rates
Nelnet, in partnership with HACU, announces the 2006-2007 academic year is the first year of fixed Federal Stafford and PLUS Loan interest rates.  All Stafford and PLUS loans disbursed on or after July 1, 2006, will receive the new fixed rate.  Borrowers with Stafford and PLUS loans disbursed on or before June 30, 2006, will continue to have a variable rate that changes annually on July 1.  Click here for the new rates.
