HACU announces new board officers, members The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has announced that Sandra V. Serrano, chancellor, of Kern Community College District in Bakersfield, California will serve as its new Governing Board chair, with Milton A. Gordon stepping down after serving two terms as chair. Gordon will continue serving on the board as the immediate past chair. More>>
