HACU National Internship Program/ Corporate Internship Partnerships

Each year, companies seeking to diversify their workforce partner with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities to offer students corporate internships.

HACU National Internship Program (HNIP) corporate partners offer full-time intern assignments that help increase their company’s talent pool and productivity.

HACU services for corporate partners include:

• Access to candidates’ résumés and online application system
• Outreach to HACU-member colleges and universities, including many with high Hispanic student enrollment
• Screening of applicants to provide companies the candidates requested for their intern positions
