Can I participate in the spring session if I am graduating in December?

In order to participate in the program, individuals must be enrolled in a higher education institution working towards a degree.  Unfortunately we cannot allow December graduates to participate in our spring program.  Similarly, individuals graduating in August cannot participate in the fall program following their graduation.
