PLATINUM LEVEL: $35,000 US

BRONZE LEVEL: $10,000 US
- Recognition of sponsorship in conference materials and on HACU's website
- ½ page color advertisement in the International Conference Program
- Up to 2 full complimentary registrations
- Reserved table at Premium Events
IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS
The institutions or organizations that wish to be sponsors by making in-kind contributions can do so by providing the following:
- Venues for meetings or events
- Local round-trip transportation from the hotel to off-site meetings or events not held at the hotel
- Special discounts with major airlines flying to San Antonio, Texas
- Equipment, staff and interpretation specialists for English-Spanish
- Printing of programs and materials for the event in Spanish and in English
- Conference bags for the participants
- Support staff to help HACU staff during the meeting. Individuals can include technical personnel to handle the audiovisual materials and assistants or guides to help during the presentations and other events
- Special gifts or souvenirs that can be donted to conference attendees
- Free participation of musical or cultural groups at conference events
- Sponsorship of guided visits (tours) to universities in the region or other attractions in the region
- Audiovisual equipment
All in-kind contributions will receive an equivalent recognition to the estimated amount in cash of the in-kind contribution.
