The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has established a strategic partnership with DiversityInc 

 

“We’re pleased to partner with the organization that produces ‘The DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity,’” said HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores, referring to an annual listing that recognizes corporate diversity.  “HACU-member institutions are an excellent source of diverse talent for employers, and DiversityInc is helping to call attention to ways that companies can partner with HACU to tap into that talent.”

In October 2012, DiversityInc CEO Luke Visconti moderated a Town Hall at HACU’s Annual Conference on the topic of “Corporate Diversity Meets the Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI).”  Visconti serves on the HACU Corporate and Philanthropic Council, and is donating in-kind print and online advertising to promote the HACU National Internship Program (HNIP).

“It is fitting that two of the top ten companies on the 2012 ‘DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity’ – Sodexo and Deloitte – participate in the HACU National Internship Program,” said Flores.  “Through this strategic partnership with DiversityInc, we anticipate that more and more companies will utilize HNIP as a cost-effective way to diversify their workforce.”
