2013 Hispanic College Quiz participants announced

Central City Productions, the producers of the Hispanic College Quiz, has announced the twelve students from HACU-member institutions that will participate in the 2013 Hispanic College Quiz show. Each student will attend the taping in Chicago with a coach (staff/faculty member of the institution) on Saturday, Aug. 24. Coaches were notified today.

The “Hispanic College Quiz” show will feature Hispanic undergraduate college students answering a series of multiple-choice questions on Latino history. The series will consist of four half-hour quiz shows that will air across the country during Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15-October 15, 2013.

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) and Central City Productions have partnered on the Hispanic College Quiz since 2008. The 2013 Hispanic College Quiz is sponsored by State Farm.
