HACU president serves on panel at the GE Annual Hispanic Forum Summit

HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores served as a panelist at GE’s Annual Hispanic Forum Summit, themed “To share. To inspire. To lead. To serve.” The panel topic will be “Is our Educational System Developing the Workforce Needed to Win? If Not, How Are Companies Bridging The Gap?” on July 1, 2013 in Chicago, Ill.

The 17-year-old forum serves as a vehicle for attracting, developing and retaining Hispanic talent for GE, with this year's forum attendees comprising more than 600 of GE's top and rising Hispanic leaders. The panel discussion addressed how the education system is preparing a successful corporate workforce and what post-education gaps remain in providing the talent that companies need.
