HACU President and CEO to speak at NCCHC 19th Annual Leadership Symposium, Arizona

HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores will be a speaker at the National Community College Hispanic Council’s (NCCHC) 19th Annual Leadership Symposium, “Great Expectations: Getting to the Heart of the Student Success Agenda” taking place Sept. 19-20, 2014, Scottsdale, AZ.

Flores will speak on Sept. 19 during the General Session -"Latino Student Success in Higher Education" and share his insights about HACU's priorities related to Latino student success, present examples of effective higher education Latino student success initiatives, and discuss national issues that affect student success.

The NCCHC is focused on the preparation and support of Hispanic leaders in America’s community colleges, delivering leadership development experiences and providing Hispanics with opportunities to continue their personal and professional growth through resources, networking and educational opportunities. Participants at the symposium will hear from other nationally recognized keynote speakers, participate in sessions addressing issues of concern to the Latino community, develop leadership skills, and network with seasoned professionals.
