HACU joins national #GivingTuesday movement, Dec. 2

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has joined #GivingTuesday, a movement to culminate with a global day of giving on December 2, 2014.

“The timing of Giving Tuesday, December 2, coincides with the end of the fall semester at schools, colleges and universities across the nation and abroad,” said HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores. “Giving Tuesday is an ideal time to support education and other programs that contribute to the lives of youths.”

HACU offers college and university students a variety of student programs including scholarships, internship opportunities and more. Thousands of college students have benefitted from HACU collegiate programs such as the HACU National Internship Program, HACU Annual Conference Student Track Scholarships and HACU Scholarship Program.
