HACU announces Call for Presentations for 2015 Annual Conference on Hispanic higher education

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is accepting applications for its 2015 Call for Presentations of its 29th Annual Conference on Hispanic higher education, Oct. 10-12 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel, Miami Beach, FL. Speaker proposals will be accepted until Mar. 2, 2015. Notification of proposal acceptances will be sent on Apr. 6, 2015.  

Presentations can be submitted individually or in groups. Submissions for roundtable presentations are encouraged.

Speaker proposals under the conference theme, “Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success: Empowering Students, Enhancing Collaboration,” can be made in any of the following six conference tracks:

  • Grants and Funding Opportunities 
  • Partnerships that Work
  • Academic Success for Hispanic Students, Research and Practice
  • Advocacy and Legislation
  • International Partnerships
  • Executive Leadership for Presidents and CEOs
