HACU International Symposium to be hosted at Universidad de Guanajuato, Feb 28

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) will co-sponsor a post-conference event with the Universidad de Guanajuato, a bonus for registered attendees of its 11th International Conference to attend at no additional cost for the event in Guanajuato.

Following the International Conference, a special reception will take place on Feb. 27 and a one-day symposium,Higher Education’s Social Responsibility in Global Society,” on Feb. 28. The symposium will be hosted at the Universidad de Guanajuato. Panel presentations will explore the following topics: “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Key for Development,” and "Social Responsibility of Education in a Global World.”

Attendees will be offered complimentary one-way ground transportation from Guadalajara to Guanajuato only, following the 11th International Conference. Because the symposium will be held at the University rather than a hotel, participants are free to seek hotel accommodations at any location most convenient for their return travel arrangements.
