HACU Student Track conference scholarships awarded to students

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is expecting more than 750 undergraduates as part of the Student Track of HACU’s 31st Annual Conference, "Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success: Driving America's prosperity," Oct. 28-30, 2017, in San Diego, Calif. Many of the students attending are being sponsored. 

Of the students attending 151 students are being sponsored by HACU, higher education institutions, corporations and federal partners, as follows:

California State University, Fullerton - 15
Florida Atlantic University - 4
HACU Student Scholars - 63
Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, San German - 2
Massachusetts Institute of Technology - 10
Polk State College - 3
San Diego State University-Imperial Valley - 4
State Farm Hispanic College Quiz - 3
Texas A&M International University - 4
United States Department of Agriculture - 25
University of Central Oklahoma - 2
Yale University - 6

Some students are still being notified of their selection. The HACU Sponsored Students have been selected. A list is available here.

The Student Track is designed for undergraduates to participate in career, networking and leadership development opportunities.
