Student testimonials needed for House Ed & Labor Committee hearing

The House Committee on Education & Labor has requested student testimonials at HACU-Member Institutions, that address how their HSI embraces diversity and has created a campus climate that is inclusive and welcoming. Students can elaborate on what it's like to attend such a campus. The student testimonials will be submitted as a written statement for the record in a House Ed & Labor Committee hearing and will help to make the broader point that Congress needs to increase federal investments in all minority-serving institutions, including HSIs. The testimonials will also be used by HACU as HSI success stories and to promote on HSIs Week. The deadline to submit the written student testimonials is July 18. There is no word count limit on the testimonial. Send to news@hacu.net
