USDA Accepting Applications for Cooperative Agreements through the Rural Placemaking Innovation Challenge

USDA Rural Development is accepting applications for cooperative agreements to help eligible entities provide planning, training, and technical assistance to foster placemaking activities in rural and Tribal communities through the Rural Placemaking Innovation Challenge (RPIC).

Eligible participants include institutions of higher education including Hispanic-Serving Institutions, 1862 Land-Grant Institutions, 1890 Land-Grant Institutions, 1994 Land-Grant institutions, and Hispanic Black Colleges and Universities. The maximum award is $250,000.
