HACU National Internship Program interns begin fall session

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities welcomed approximately 170 college students to the 2024 fall session of the HACU National Internship Program. A hybrid orientation was held on Aug. 30, 2024, for interns serving across federal agencies in Washington, D.C., and field offices nationwide. Interns will serve for 15 weeks as part of the fall internship session.

A welcome was given by HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores, followed by a keynote address by Jamie Salazar, a Youth and Workforce Development Specialist at the US Agency for International Development.

HACU is accepting applications for the spring internship session of Jan. 6-April. 18, 2025. The application deadline for the spring session is Oct. 18, 2024. For more information on internship opportunities, click here.
