HACU-member institutions urged to request re-broadcast of “A Class Apart”

HACU is encouraging its member-institutions to contact their local Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) stations to request the film “A Class Apart” be re-aired. As part of its coverage of Judge Sonia Sotomayor’s nomination to the Supreme Court, PBS and American Experience will be offering local stations the opportunity to re-broadcast.

The film chronicles the untold story of the Hernandez v. Texas case and was produced by award-winning producers Carlos Sandoval (Farmingville), and Peter Miller (Sacco and Vanzetti, The Internationale).

To contact your local PBS station visit www.pbs.org.
