HACU on the Road tour heads to New York

The HACU on the Road tour will make a visit to New York City on May 6. The Borough of Manhattan Community College, City University of New York (CUNY) will host the event. More than 30 local education and business leaders are expected to attend.

The tour is designed to promote national and international dialogue about the state of Hispanic higher education among chancellors, presidents of colleges and universities, superintendents of Hispanic-Serving School Districts, elected officials, corporate leaders, and other supporters of Hispanic higher education. The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, founded in 1986, represents more than 500 colleges and universities in the United States, Latin America, Spain, and school districts throughout the U.S. HACU is the only national association representing existing and emerging Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). The Association’s headquarters are in San Antonio, Texas, with regional offices in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento, California.
