ProTalento Latino Professionals database open to prospective employers

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) announces the opening of the résumé database for Latino professionals called ProTalento to prospective employers. The goal of ProTalento is to connect the growing pool of Hispanic professional talent with employers who are seeking college-educated job applicants.

The database is designed to include both entry level job-seekers, building on association's long-running HACU National Internship Program (HNIP), and seasoned professionals, including college and university faculty and administrators.

For prospective employers, the online résumé format is searchable across a wide range of qualifications, including degrees, majors, work experience, etc. A unique feature allows academic institutions to find candidates for semester- or year-long faculty exchanges or visiting positions, especially tailored for international opportunities.

There is no charge to applicants posting their résumé information. Prospective employers can gain access on a monthly or annual basis and can package their search with HACU's Job Opportunities posting on www.hacu.net, one of the most visited sections of HACU's website.
