HACU 13th International Conference - Application for Exhibitor Space

The undersigned person on behalf of the organization listed below ("Applicant") hereby requests consideration by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities ("HACU") for exhibitor space at HACU's conference to be held as follows:

Dates of Conference: May 1-3, 2019
Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico
Exhibit Site: Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino

**Exhibitor Application Deadline to be included in the printed program: March 1, 2019**
Exhibitor Application Deadline: April 12, 2019
Approximate Dimensions of each Exhibitor Space: 6' table

Before registering as an exhibitor, please click here to read and accept the Agreement Regarding Exhibitor Space. 

Part 1 of the Application is the Applicant Information. This will include the registrations (up to 3 total), a brief description of nature and purpose of organization and years organization has been in existence. Please note we are no longer accepting TBDs.

Part 2 of the Application is the Payment Information.

Part 3 and 4 of the Application is the Conditions and Limitations and signature page. Please read, sign and email this signature page to silvia.kennison@hacu.net.Your application will be considered incomplete without this signed page.
