HACU 35th Annual Conference - Application for Exhibitor Space
The undersigned person on behalf of the organization listed below ("Applicant") hereby requests consideration by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities ("HACU") for an exhibitor space at HACU's virtual conference to be held as follows:
Dates of Conference: October 30 - November 1, 2021

Part 1 of the Application is the Applicant Information. This will include the registrations (up to 5 total), a brief description of nature and purpose of organization and years organization has been in existence. Please note we are no longer accepting TBDs.
Part 2 of the Application is the Payment information.
