HACU 37th Annual Conference - Application for Exhibitor Space
The undersigned person on behalf of the organization listed below ("Applicant") hereby requests consideration by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities ("HACU") for an exhibitor space at HACU's virtual conference to be held as follows:
Dates of Conference: October28-30, 2023

Exhibitor Application Deadline to be included in the printed program: September 15, 2023
Exhibitor Application Deadline: October 6, 2023
*In order for your exhibitor application to be approved, you must submit page 1 of the Exhibitor Requirements. By submitting the exhibitor application, you are agreeing that you have read the Vendor Terms Contract*
Part 1 of the Application is the Applicant Information. This will include the exhibitor point of contact, the 1 registration the booth comes with, any additional exhibitor personnel at $275 each, a brief description of nature and purpose of organization and years organization has been in existence. Please note we are no longer accepting TBDs after October 6, 2023.
Part 2 of the Application is the Payment information.
