Exhibitor Fact Sheet

Exhibitors from corporate, federal, nonprofit and higher education sectors are among the over 2,500 conference participants.
Exhibitor’s fee includes booth package (table, 2 chairs, side/back drapes, trashcan), one full conference registration for meeting sessions, and recognition in the conference program.
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. HACU will provide aisle carpeting, and you have the option to order carpeting for your booth.
You will also have the option to order additional services like electrical or AV rentals.
