EXHIBITOR FACT SHEET 

  • Exhibitors from corporate, federal, nonprofit and higher education sectors are among the participants of HACU's Exhibit Hall.
  • Over 1,900 conference participants.
  • Exhibitor’s fee includes one full conference registration for meeting sessions, meals and special events, recognition in the conference program. 
  • Deadline for applications is: September 21, 2020 to be listed in the program. 
  • Booth assignments are done on a "first come, first served" basis upon receipt and payment of a completed Application for Exhibit Space.
  • The Exhibit Booth Package below is included with your fee.

Exhibitor Move In Saturday, October 31, 2020 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Show Hours Saturday, October 31, 2020 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 1, 2020 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. *+
Monday, November 2, 2020 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. *
Exhibitor Move Out Monday, November 2, 2020 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

* Exhibit hall will be closed for lunch (noon - 1:30 p.m.) Sunday, November 1st  and Monday, November 2nd. Exhibitors are encouraged to eat lunch in the Ballroom with the attendees.

+ Sunday, November 1 - Reopens 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. for a College and Career Exploration (free and open to the public)
