 HACU president to present at the CNC 16th Biennial National Conference

HACU President and CEO, Antonio R. Flores, will be a speaker on a May 18th plenary session on the topic “U.S. Educational Challenges in a Global Economy.” The session will be part of the CNC 16th Biennial National Conference “Hispanics in America’s Future,” taking place in Miami, Florida.  

In this plenary session, distinguished educational leaders and administrators, and experts on globalization will discuss the state of American education from Pre-K to post-graduate studies. Presentations will include the role of technology in public education and the economic challenges faced by America in today’s global economy and technological development.



  

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, founded in 1986, represents more than 500 colleges and universities in the United States, Latin America, Spain, and school districts throughout the U.S. HACU is the only national association representing existing and emerging Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). The Association’s headquarters are in San Antonio, Texas, with regional offices in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento, California.
