 I. Institutional Members  - Afiliados Institucionales

Up-to-date and accurate information is critical for HACU effectively to communicate with our members.  Only the user name and password for the President, HACU Contact and/or Administrative Assistant can update the institution’s membership profile, e.g., update or change individual institutional contacts and their contact information, change the school's address, telephone number, etc.  If your institution is currently a member of HACU and would like to update its information, click on the link below to log in and update your institution's membership profile.  You will need the President's, HACU Contact's or Administrative Assistant's username and password to log in.


La información actualizada es de suma importancia para la comunicación eficaz con nuestros afiliados.  Solamente con el nombre de usuario y contraseña del Rector y/o el Contacto HACU se pueden actualizar los datos de afiliación sobre su institución, pej., actualizar o cambiar individuos de contacto para su institución y su información de contacto, cambiar la dirección de la institución, número de teléfono, etc.  Si su institución es actualmente afiliado de HACU y desea actualizar sus datos, oprima en el vínculo de abajo para identificarse y acceder a los datos de afiliación sobre su institución.  Es preciso tener el nombre de usuario y contraseña del Rector o Contacto HACU para identificarse y acceder al sistema.

II. Faculty and Staff Affiliates and Individual HACU-Member Institution Contacts

Faculty and Staff Affiliate. Faculty and Staff Affiliates are individual members of HACU and receive a user name and password. They can update their individual membership profile at any time.

Individual HACU-Member Institution Contacts. HACU maintains twelve contacts at our member institutions:  President/CEO or Superintendent, HACU Contact, Director of Grants and Contracts (National members only), Director of Career Services, Director of Financial Aid, Director of International Programs, Title V Director (HSIs only), Director of Communications (National members only), Director of Government Relations, and the Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO or HACU Contact. Each of these individuals receive his or her own user name and password and can update his/her contact information.
