Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Process guidelines and information

On August 15th, the Obama Administration will start accepting requests for the deferred action for childhood arrivals process here.  The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is administering the process.

USCIS advises all applicants to not file before August 15. Early filings will be rejected. Applicants can call USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 with questions or to request more information on the deferred action for childhood arrivals process, or visit www.uscis.gov. Applicants can consult with a qualified immigration attorney should they have detailed questions or concerns not answered by the USCIS, but should take precautions regarding fraudulent claims of expedited processing or individuals claiming to be licensed immigration attorneys.
