HACU/U.S. Army University Tour heads to UNM


Approximately 600 high school students will take part in the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) and U.S. Army University Tour at The University of New Mexico (UNM), September 8-11, 2014.

Students will attend presentations on admissions, financial aid, scholarship opportunities as well as educational and career opportunities in the military. Students will also hear from a panel of college students.

Atrisco Heritage Academy High School, Albuquerque
Bataan Military Academy, Albuquerque
Bernalillo High School, Bernalillo
Capitol High School, Santa Fe Cibola High School, Albuquerque
Del Norte High School, Albuquerque
Digital Arts & Technology Academy, Albuquerque
Eldorado High School, Albuquerque
Estancia High School, Estancia
Jemez Valley High School, Jemez Pueblo
Rio Rancho High School, Rio Rancho
Sandia High School, Albuquerque
Santa Fe High School, Santa Fe
South Valley Academy, Albuquerque
Valencia High School, Los Lunas
Volcano Vista High School, Albuquerque

The HACU/U.S. Army University Tour program provides high school students the opportunity to participate - some for the first time - in campus tours  to learn more about pathways to higher education. The next tour is scheduled for October 20-23 at California State University, Fullerton.
