Applications being accepted for HACU's spring, summer 2016 internship session

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) National Internship Program is accepting applications for its 2016 spring and summer sessions.

The extended application deadline for the spring session is Friday, Nov. 13, 2015. The spring internship dates are Jan. 14, 2016 to April 30, 2016.

Applicants have until Feb. 15, 2016, to apply for the summer session which takes place June 3, 2016, through Aug. 13, 2016, and June 17, 2016, through Aug. 27, 2016 (the latter dates are for students at institutions operating on a quarter calendar).

The HACU National Internship program offers federal internship opportunities in the spring, summer and fall and corporate internships in the summer. Internship locations are in Washington, D.C. and at field locations throughout the U.S. The program is open to all majors. Majors in demand include the following:

• Business Administration
• Communication
• Computer Science
• Economics
• Engineering
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Library Sciences
• Law
• Mathematics and Statistics
• Nutrition
• Psychology
• Public Health
• Public Policy
• Public Administration
• Translation/Interpretation (English-Spanish)
