HACU National Internship Program Deadline extended for spring session, apply by Oct.31

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is accepting applications from college students for the spring 2024 session of the HACU National Internship Program. The spring internship program dates are Jan. 8 – April 19, 2024. The online applications will have an extended deadline of Oct. 31, 2023. Click here to apply.

The spring internship session is for 15-weeks with placement at federal agencies in Washington, D.C., field offices nationwide or remotely.

Internships are available to currently enrolled undergraduate, graduate and recently graduated students in any major. Students must have completed their first year of undergraduate studies. Many positions require U.S. citizenship, per security clearance requirements but students legally authorized to work in the U.S., DACA recipients and permanent residents are still encouraged to apply.

  • National Science Foundation
  • Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
  • Small Business Administration
  • U.S. Agency for International Development
  • U.S. Department of Agriculture
  • U.S. Department of Commerce
  • U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
  • U.S. Department of the Interior
  • U.S. Department of the Treasury
  • U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
  • U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
